Where needed, we work closely with your office management team to ensure that all elements of the project are scoped and taken care off.

We confirm your requirements, expectations, tastes and challenges. We familiarise ourselves with your space including initial surveys, site particulars and project challenges and requirements.
Your initial budget will be reviewed, fee structure will be confirmed and timelines set out all to be incorporated into the full project proposal.
We charge a flat fee of £500 for this meeting and ideally need this to be on site.
The Project Proposal
Informed by the briefing we will then produce a series of design proposals for the space, including a 3D model and, photo real representations of the space and key design elements and a first draft of the project timeline, cost and implementation fee.
We charge a fixed fee based on the sqm of the project and the complexity of the design. (i.e. a simple FF&E supply and install vs bespoke joinery and partitions)
Once the overall design has been agreed to we will proceed procuring and installing in line with our timeline.
Our projects are always fixed cost to provide certainty around your spend.
Our inhouse support team will create a client portal where all our correspondence can easily be accessed. We'll even enable easy payment links for any project payments.
In general your should expect the project purchasing to be paid for upfront.
