This ultra modern family living room was a great testimony on how open plan living spaces can serve the needs of a lot of different people but still create a sense of togetherness.

The large glazed walls that open onto a wrap around patio open up the space even further for a wonderful exchange of fresh air, sun light and laughter during the summer months. In the winter the warm light from the formal garden create a warm cocoon.

The double blinds used in this space allow the precise control of sunlight and privacy as needed.

Custom joinery, day systems and a discreet pantry and wash area keep things in place and technical elements out of sight when not in use.
